2025~2026 Registration Information

Information

Class Schedule:
We follow a public school calendar that includes fall and spring semesters but only
have 30 weeks total.

Winter and Spring Breaks:
Please see the calendar on our website.

No School Days:
If we resume regular learning in person only and school is canceled due to
expected inclement weather, there is no make-up class unless there are more than two weeks of
cancellation.


How to Pay

​We accept the following three payment methods.


​Pay by Cash

On the commencement day of the academic term, kindly ensure to have the precise monetary sum prepared and submit it to CAoC personnel.

  2. Please write all the students' names and class
    on the Memo section.
  3. On the first day of school, please submit the check to the staff of the CAoC.

    *Please make sure sufficient funds are in your check-writing account. For a bounced check, any bank fee or penalty that is charged to CAoC will be the check writer's responsibility.

Withdraw and Tuition Refund Policy

  •  If you need to withdraw your child from school for any reason, please email the Principal at [email protected]. The date we receive your email is the date we consider your children intended to withdraw.
  • Registration fee is non-refundable. The percentage below applies to the tuition only depending on the withdrawal date.​
